Management systems according to ISO standards

Standards

"Standards are documents developed by consensus based on the integration of the results of science, technology and production experience. Standards are generally recognized rules and norms and may include detailed technical specifications (characteristics and requirements for products), production procedures, testing methods and conformity assessment. When standards are applied, better efficiency is achieved in the production of products and improvement of services and the expectations of consumers and customers are met to a greater extent."
